We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or an obvious listing error, subject to applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

For address changes or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible once processing or shipping has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law.

The applicable product prices and currency are displayed when you order. Charges collected by us, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.

You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively increase the agreed price of an accepted order.

Bundles, discounts, and promotional offers may have additional conditions displayed before purchase. Complimentary gifts have no cash refund value.

Optional add-ons are charged only when selected and included in your checkout total. Their purchase does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Orders are dispatched the day after they are placed, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Dispatch and delivery are separate. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier serving your area. We will email tracking details once your order ships.

Carrier delays or other disruptions may affect delivery. If we cannot meet a promised dispatch timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and the cancellation or refund options available under applicable law.

If an order is delayed, missing, or incomplete, contact us with your order number. Handing a package to a carrier does not remove any responsibility we retain under applicable law.

We offer a 90-day guarantee from delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Once a return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that deadline applies.

Partial bundle returns may affect the refund calculation. We will explain the calculation before you return the items.

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, and designs are owned by Wear The Meaning or used with permission from their respective owners.

You may access and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Except where permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute protected content.

Wear The Meaning and Shopify retain their respective rights in their names and branding. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our website may include tools, integrations, or links provided by third parties. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee their content. Please review the relevant provider’s terms before using their services.

This section does not remove any responsibility we have for services or purchases we provide to you.

Wear The Meaning is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Wear The Meaning.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Wear The Meaning, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Wear The Meaning.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the Services, or business losses associated with products purchased for personal use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your rights to remedies for defective products, non-delivery, or other breaches remain subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims directly resulting from your fraudulent conduct, intentional misuse of the Services, or violation of another person’s rights.

This does not require you to compensate us or Shopify for our own unlawful conduct or impose responsibility for ordinary, lawful use of the store.

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will not apply to the extent prohibited.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can operate independently and lawfully.
